What do do when Hayden is gone at school....

Eat goldfish and lay on daddy's chair together to watch cartoons!!!

Just thought I would catch up the blog from the past month!  It has been a busy one!!!!

Annual Craft Weekend

This past weekend, we headed down to Richland for our Annual "craft" weekend.  I didn't get much crafting done, but did get a good start on Grace's stocking (i'll have to post a picture when I'm done!)  We had a good time visiting and being with the extended family!

Grace loves stick out her tongue!  She constantly has her little tongue curled up around her top lip.  Must feel good on her teething gums!

Celebrating Grandma Great and Auntie Colleen's Birthdays with some ICE CREAM!
This guy will not stray far from Grandma!  He was her "helper" all weekend!
Lilly also found a buddy in Hillary and Hillary was good  to let Lilly use some of her scrap booking supplies to craft with too!
 Making some fun foam jack-o-lanterns
 Peek-a-boo!
Helping Hillary make dinner in the kitchen (I think they were showing off their Halloween socks (lilly's were black - so must have been for Halloween!)
 Rooting for the Cougs...again!
Wish I would have gotten more pictures of everyone, but our camera ran out of batteries :(

Fun Trip to Eugene!

At the beginning of the month, we headed to Eugene to visit my sister and her family for the weekend.  We had a great time with everyone and Hayden mentioned as we were leaving, that if we ever move again, we should move to Eugene.

The kids all loved playing with their big cousins!  Emma and Ben became quite the expert babysitters and were good to watch Grace while Kim and I shopped!!

On Saturday, the dads and boys headed to watch the cougs play Oregon State.  Here they are ready to go!!
While they were gone, we headed to the apple farm for some good apple picking and eating!!  There were a lot of different varieties that I haven't seen here, so it was fun to taste them all!
I thought it was funny how my kids thought you needed to squat down for the pictures! (the big kids were doing it to get close to their cousins, but the little kids thought it was a good idea too!)

Afterward, we headed home to make some homemade pizza! YUM!
It was a fun and quick weekend and glad we got to see the Saisslins this fall!  The next weekend my brother and his family came to visit.  Rather than going to the late Coug game, we met up to watch it on TV.  We had a fun time visiting and seeing Aspen again too!

Sweet Grace

Grace loves to roll around and play with her toys....but sometimes this just tires her out!  One day, she fell asleep playing.  Caleb made sure to let me know and then pretended to be sleeping with her.  Don't you just love her chubbers??

What do you do when you have 4 kids and only 3 swing spots??

Rig it to make it fit 4!!  Do you think this was Mark's or my idea?? :)

Preschool Field Trip with Grandpa

A few weeks ago, Grandma and Grandpa came to help us out while I was training for my new job.  They were a great help (we couldn't have survived the week without them!!)  Lilly had her apple farm field trip that week, so brave Grandpa took both Lilly and Caleb for a fun morning of apple picking, tractor riding, and apple cider drinking!!

Good Big Bro!!
