Hospital and Coming Home

Finally getting caught up with posting ALL the pictures we have taken in the last week. I can't believe Caleb is already 5 days old today! It seemed so long waiting for him and now he is finally here.

Here is the last picture of my pregnant belly ready to go to the hospital!

One last picture of our family of 4. Couldn't really get a good one...oh-well!
Meeting Caleb for the 1st time.
Just hours old

Even a 9 pounder doesn't look so big in Daddy's arms!

Sweet Caleb

Nice and peaceful!

Coming home! The kids couldn't wait to see him and were excited that Caleb was finally getting to come home to them! You can just see how Lilly wants to squeeze him! They love their little brother!

1st time in the car seat. They always look so little!
Pretending with all the baby things. Sleepy babies :)

Having fun with the things we brought home from the hospital
More peaceful pictures

Getting to hold Caleb is always fun!
Hayden loves it when Caleb "holds" his hand
Lilly likes to hold Caleb's hand too, but it's a little different idea :)

1st bath with good helpers!

Fresh and smelling sweet!

Alert and eyes open

Pointing out Caleb's body parts

Cute boy!

My sister and her kids came over yesterday to meet Caleb. They loved getting to hold him too!

He's Here!

We didn't get too many pictures from our camera from the big day (9/24), so I thought I would just post pictures from what my mom posted on my family's blog:

Well, guess we've come to the end of a perfect day. "Little" Caleb James Wagenblast was born today at 1:11 PM, weighing in at a whopping 9 pounds 6 ounces and measuring 20 1/2 inches long. I think he resembles Papa a little, but maybe I'm somewhat biased. Whomever he resembles...he is beautiful!

Here are Mom and Dad, preparing for the day.

Take a look at the "booties" Mark had 'special' ordered. The regular ones the hospital usually provides would not fit a size 13!

What can I say... a picture of love.

Here he is red and fresh faced, ready to have his bath.

Big brother.

Smiles of joy and relief!

Papa and Momo with #10

Together at last. Lilly hardly ever shares her duck or her blanket, but wanted baby brother to have them.

"Is he my 'brudder'?"

"I love him, Momma."

Fun Day at the Fair

On Monday, we went to the fair with my parents and niece and nephew. Here are the kids ready for the day to begin. They had fun seeing all the animals and riding the rides.
My mom got them all fun hats and glasses. Lilly loves hers, but had to take them off to see the animals better :)

Excited about the turkeys

Getting to pet the pony on its way back to the stable

After a good lunch of fair hot dogs, fries and ice cream, the kids got to ride the rides. 1st up, llamas!!

It was fun to watch Hayden and Lilly. Hayden was a little nervous and held on the whole time. Lilly was dancing in her seat and would barely hold on!!

Ready for the race cars!

Hayden went on this by himself. It was an obstacle maze, which I'm surprised he completed (considering he will never go on the McDonald's climbing toys), but he was pretty proud by the end that he found his way out and completed all the hard obstacles!!

Cousin Love and Cougs

Yesterday we went to the 1st coug game of the season....at least they won!! We sat with my parents who are taking care of my sister's kids. I think they were more fun to watch than the game!! Here is Lilly lovin' on her big cousin, Robin.
Hayden had to get in on the action too!
